This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The AI Prompt Engineer will design, develop, and optimize AI-driven prompts to enhance machine learning models and human-AI interactions. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting iterative testing, analyzing model responses, and refining prompts to achieve desired outputs. The role also involves documenting processes and sharing insights to improve AI performance.

• Proficiency in AI prompt engineering, natural language processing, and machine learning fundamentals.
• Strong skills in data analysis, iterative testing, and model performance evaluation.
• Excellent written communication skills to craft effective and impactful prompts.
• Collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• Experience with AI toolkits, frameworks, or platforms is a plus.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Curiosity and willingness to stay updated on AI developments and emerging technologies.
