We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Data Science to lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure successful delivery of data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive impactful analytics and AI/ML projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for GenAI and Agent AI initiatives, from planning to deployment.
- Collaborate with AI researchers, data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to define project scope and goals.
- Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies across multiple AI projects.
- Ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Track progress using Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Support model development, testing, deployment, and performance monitoring.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in GenAI, LLMs, autonomous agents, and MLOps.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in technical project management, with at least 2-3 years in AI/ML or GenAI projects.
- Strong understanding of GenAI technologies, LLMs
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
