Role Title: AI Program Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Call qualified leads within 2 hours
• Understand where the candidate stands at this point and his/her specific needs/expectations
• Explain program structure and ROI
• Handle objections (fees, time, confidence)
• Close enrollments
• Maintain the CRM sheet

Skill Requirements:

• Strong spoken English + any regional language (Tamil/Hindi/Kannada)
• High empathy + persuasive ability
• Understanding of the IT career landscape
• Target-driven mindset

KPIs:

• 20-30 calls/day
• 40% demo-to-enrollment conversion
• 20-40 enrollments per month
