As an AI Product Specialist, you will be instrumental in scaling AI capabilities across our digital engineering platforms that power industries worldwide. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure our AI-driven solutions enhance productivity, reduce time-to-market, and maintain ABB's position as a leader in industrial automation and digital transformation

The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid.

This role is contributing to the Process Automation business for Energy Industries division based in Bangalore, India.

Your role and responsibilities

• Support end-to-end lifecycle management of AI and digital engineering solutions aligned with ABB product strategy

• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for AI-enabled platforms

• Coordinate with AI Architects, Engineering Teams, Cloud/IS Teams, and Operations teams across ABB divisions for solution delivery

• Track product roadmap items, releases, enhancements, and deployment activities using ABB project management standards

• Support rollout and adoption of AI-enabled workflows, automation tools, and engineering platforms across business units

• Identify opportunities for AI-driven optimization and process improvements consistent with ABB operating model (AOM)

• Stakeholder Coordination & Communication

• Quality, Compliance & Support

• Operational Governance & Documentation

• Product Adoption & Continuous Improvement

Qualifications for the role

• Experience in AI, digital transformation, engineering platforms, or industrial automation environments

• Exposure to cloud platforms (SAP, Azure, AWS), automation tools, or enterprise engineering systems

• Relevant certifications in AI, Agile (SAFe/Scrum Master), Product Management, or Cloud technologies

• Prior experience in ABB or similar large multinational technology companies

• Experience in cross-functional project coordination in global organizations

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
