About GeneralMind
GeneralMind builds AI Systems of Action for complex enterprise workflows. We deploy AI employees that automate messy operational handovers across supply chains - processing orders, validating invoices, coordinating suppliers, and handling exceptions directly on top of enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, JDE, and Dynamics.
Our platform combines AI agents, operational context graphs, and real transaction data to achieve Autopilot-grade automation in real operational environments.
We work closely with leading global companies across manufacturing, retail, and logistics to deploy AI into mission-critical workflows.
About the role
As an AI Product Lead, you will own the end-to-end success of an AI employee deployment - from the first process mapping session with a customer to delivering high-autopilot production workflows used by real operators every day.
This role sits at the intersection of product management, forward-deployed engineering, AI training, and customer success.
You will work directly with customers to understand their operational workflows, mine processes and business rules, design highly usable AI interfaces, configure and deploy GeneralMind's platform, and continuously improve AI performance using real transaction feedback.
You will ultimately be responsible for turning messy operational processes into reliable AI-driven workflows.
What you will do
- Serve as the primary product owner across stakeholder groups (operations, IT, and leadership), translating operational problems into deployable AI workflows, and driving successful production rollout and long-term adoption.
- Map customer workflows end-to-end across email, documents, and ERP systems, converting operational processes into structured AI decision trees and automation logic while capturing critical business context including ERP objects, master data, and escalation paths.
- Design intuitive interfaces for operators transitioning from traditional ERP systems, balancing familiar enterprise UI patterns with AI-native workflows and ensuring operators can review decisions, provide feedback, correct errors, and train the system through real usage.
- Configure the platform for each deployment including ERP integrations, AI workflows, and automation rules, working closely with engineering to drive deployments from sandbox testing through pilot to production.
- Ingest customer context including historical transactions, documents, and master data to train the AI on real-world inputs, building and continuously refining decision logic to handle edge cases using operator feedback.
- Monitor AI decisions across live workflows, identify failure patterns, and systematically improve prompts, rules, and context inputs to drive the system toward high Autopilot readiness.
- Ensure operators trust and rely on the AI in their daily workflows through training sessions, feedback loops, and continuous refinement based on real user input.
What we are looking for
- Ability to break down messy operational processes into structured workflows.
- Comfortable owning relationships with enterprise stakeholders.
- Ability to work closely with engineers and understand integrations, APIs, and data flows.
- Understanding how AI systems improve through context, feedback and iteration.
- Ability to design interfaces that balance AI automation with human oversight.
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving deployments and solving problems in real time.
Why This Role Is Unique
This role owns the full lifecycle of AI deployment, from understanding messy real-
world workflows to delivering autonomous operational systems used every day by
enterprise operators.
You will directly shape how AI transforms real business processes.
