Position Overview
The
AI Product Owner will lead the
vision, strategy, and execution of AI‑driven products and capabilities across the organization. This role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, data science teams, engineering, and end‑users—ensuring AI solutions deliver measurable business value, operational efficiency, and exceptional user experience.
The ideal candidate combines product leadership, technical fluency in AI/ML, and a strong understanding of business processes.

What You'll Do
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for AI/ML products.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and UX teams to deliver high‑impact AI solutions.
- Drive experimentation, prototyping, and iterative improvements using agile methodologies.
- Ensure responsible AI practices, including fairness, transparency, and data governance.
- Evangelize AI capabilities across the organization and support change management.
- Monitor product performance, user adoption, and ROI to guide continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI products—from ideation to deployment and optimization.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility assessments.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery.
- Define KPIs and track product performance using analytics and user feedback.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and compliance requirements related to AI systems.
- Champion user‑centric design and ensure seamless integration into business workflows.
- Maintain a deep understanding of AI trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and model lifecycle.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments as a Product Owner or similar role.
- Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and prioritization skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps frameworks.
- Exposure to LLMs, generative AI, NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics.
- Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or AI/ML‑related credentials.
- Background in enterprise digital transformation or automation programs.
Experience
- 6–12 years of total experience, with at least 3–5 years in product management, AI/ML, data platforms, or related domains.
- Proven track record of delivering successful AI or data‑driven products.
Educational Qualification(s)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Master's degree (MBA, MS in Data Science/AI, or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.
