AI Product Manager

KeyResponsibilities

• Own and evolve the AI/ML product roadmap across all productlines
• Identifyand prioritize high-impact AI use cases for event technology (matchmaking,predictiveanalytics,personalization,automation,etc.)
• Evaluate AI vendors, tools, and platforms; lead build-vs-buydecisions
• PartnerwithDevelopmentteamstodeliverAIfeaturesfromprototypetoproduction
• EstablishresponsibleAIpracticesincludingethicsguidelines,biasmitigation, and transparency standards
• DefineandtracksuccessmetricsforAIfeaturesthatdemonstratebusinessimpact
• ConductongoingmarketresearchonAItrendsandemergingtechnologiesinthe events industry
• Build comprehensive business cases for AI investments with ROI modeling
• Educate cross-functional teams on AI capabilities, limitations, and best practices
• Lead innovation experiments and pilot programs with rapid iteration
• Manage customer expectations around AI capabilities to build trust and avoid over-promising

RequiredQualifications

• 4-6yearsofproductmanagementexperiencewithatleast1-2yearsworkingwith AI/ML products or features
• StrongunderstandingofAI/MLtechnologiesincludingLLMs,recommendation engines, NLP, and prompt engineering
• FamiliaritywithModelContextProtocol(MCP)andtheabilitytoplananddesign needed connectors.
• Technicalbackgroundordemonstratedabilitytoworkeffectivelywithengineering teams on complex technical products
• ExperiencewithAImodelevaluation,performancemonitoring,anddefining meaningful success metrics
• FamiliaritywithAIserviceAPIs(OpenAI,Anthropic,Google,AWSAI/ML services, or similar)
• FamiliaritywithModelContextProtocol(MCP)andtheabilitytoplananddesign needed connectors.
• Understandingofdataprivacyregulations(GDPR,CCPA)astheyrelatetoAIapplications
• Data-drivendecisionmakerwithstronganalyticalskillsandexperiencewithA/B testing frameworks
• ExcellentcommunicatorabletotranslatecomplexAIconceptsfornon-technicalstakeholders
