As we enter an exciting new phase of rapid growth, we're building a next-generation backend architecture that will redefine fintech globally. We're looking for highly technical, product-minded builders who thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy owning products end-to-end — from concept to production.This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and AI innovation.

You'll help design and scale critical fintech capabilities with a focus on Compliance, Fraud Detection and Prevention, and Security Domains. We're looking for someone who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with sharp product intuition — someone who can identify opportunities, prototype quickly, and ship impactful solutions with minimal oversight. What will you be doing

• Own product and technical problems end-to-end: from idea → prototype → production
• Build AI-native products (LLMs, agents, automation workflows)
• Rapidly prototype solutions using modern AI tools (Cursor, GPT, etc.)
• Partner directly with stakeholders across product, operations, and engineering to identify high-impact opportunities
• Build agentic workflows, copilots, internal tools, and AI-powered operational systems
• Define product direction while building (no heavy PM handoffs)
• Improve systems continuously through experimentation, feedback loops, and data-driven iteration
• Contribute to scalable backend systems and fintech infrastructure supporting global operations

We would love to get to know you if you have the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 6 to 10 years of proven experience in a software engineeringrole.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and 0→1 environmentsProduct intuition — you can decide what to build, not just how
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs, RAG, agents, APIs and proficient in at least one backend programming language such as Golang, PHP, Python, Java, etc.
• Ability to ship fast and iterate quicklyExperience building real-world AI use cases (not just experiments)
• Demonstrated work: live projects, GitHub, or shipped systemsSolid understanding of software architecture principles, distributed systems design patterns, and domain-driven design.
• A strong focus on code quality, adhering to best practices, and a demonstrated ability to ensure high standards through meticulous development and testing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have:

• Built internal tools, copilots, or automation systems that drove real impact
• Experience with:Prompt engineering/ evalsVector DBs, embeddings
• Workflow orchestration (LangChain, etc.)
• Domain expertise within the Fintech industry, understanding of FinCrime and its unique challenges and opportunities.
• Experience working in early stage startups
