Product Manager (PM)

As PM, you will be the consummate team player, adept at managing relationships, collaborating, and

influencing across a variety of organizational functions. Your role is essential in guiding a team of AI R&D

Researchers working towards creating next-gen enterprise applications by building new products and

increasing the profitability of the existing products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.

2. Market Research, generating product requirements, determining specifications, and time-

integrated plans based on customers needs and desires.

3. Work with Engineers, Designers, Developers, Marketers, Sales, and Business Executives in

solving end-user requirements.

4. Assess the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing specifications and

requirements and appraising new product ideas.

5. Analyze diverse market segments, stay informed about industry competitors, and collaborate

with leadership to develop strategic initiatives.

Skills Required:

1. Tech-savvy, strong analytical skills, and passionate about building products.

2. Empathetic around customer problems with an ability to distill insights into the right product

answers.

3. Structured thinking and a proven track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to

prioritize and devise strategies.

4. Product and Business analytics exposure to derive business KPIs from product and user-centric

insights

5. Evidence-based decision-making to build successful product roadmaps.

6. Excellent people and management skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and

third parties

7. Curious and comfortable holding professional conversations with exceptional language skills.

8. Experience in scaling/building products in Product-based companies is a must.

9. AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning knowledge are added advantages.

10. Certification on SDLC, Scrum, or Product Management is an added advantage too.
