Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly analytical and technically strong AI Product Manager to help design and build AI-driven products and internal tools. In this role, you will work at the intersection of product management, AI systems, and trading infrastructure, translating complex business requirements into scalable AI-powered solutions. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data, and trading teams to design robust AI workflows, improve product intelligence, and ensure reliable system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered features and internal AI tools.

Write clear and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with well-defined workflows, system logic, and data requirements.

Design and improve LLM-powered workflows, including prompt structures and conversational AI flows.

Analyze and troubleshoot AI model behavior, including investigating hallucinations, inconsistencies, and edge cases.

Conduct deep-dive root cause analyses into system or model failures and work with engineering teams to resolve them.

Translate complex AI concepts into clear product requirements for cross-functional teams.

Requirements & Qualifications:

4–5 years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of launching and scaling digital products.

Strong ability to write clear PRDs and product documentation.

Experience mapping complex system workflows and defining structured data requirements.

Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, AI hallucinations, and conversational AI design.

Ability to analyze and debug AI-driven systems when required.

Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to conduct deep investigations into system and model performance issues.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to translate technical AI concepts into business-friendly insights.

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications:

Experience in broking, trading platforms, wealth-tech, or financial markets.

Understanding of trading workflows, order execution systems, and market data infrastructure.

Basic technical knowledge of APIs, Python, or SQL to independently analyze data or validate backend integrations when required.
