AI Product Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-powered products and solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, data scientists, and AI/ML teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for AI-powered products.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into clear product requirements.
• Identify opportunities where AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and LLM technologies can create business value.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, software engineers, UX teams, and business stakeholders.
• Prioritize product features based on business value, customer needs, technical feasibility, and timelines.
• Drive the product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Define KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and business impact.
• Work with data and engineering teams to ensure data quality, model performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Support evaluation of Generative AI and LLM solutions, including accuracy, relevance, safety, and user experience.
• Coordinate product releases, stakeholder reviews, demos, and feedback cycles.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, emerging AI technologies, and customer requirements.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, including security, privacy, governance, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with experience working on AI/ML or data-driven products.
• Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and data analytics.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of product discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization, and product lifecycle management.
• Experience creating PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, data pipelines, and AI/ML development processes.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or similar AI platforms.
• Experience building GenAI/LLM-based enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, model evaluation, and AI security.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, analytics, automation, or AI platforms.
