About the Role
As the AI Product Manager at Troopr Labs, you will own and drive the evolution of Enjo, our generative AI platform for B2B customer service automation. Working closely with the CEO, and cross-functional teams, you'll define product strategy, lead a product squad, and drive initiatives end-to-end from discovery to launch. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of customers, business, and engineering, where you'll shape an AI-first product used by global teams and directly influence adoption, growth, and product success.
Who You Are
- 2+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven leadership experience — you've owned product areas, led cross-functional initiatives, and driven outcomes with engineering, design, and GTM teams.
- Deep interest in generative AI and automation, with a strong point of view on how these technologies create customer value.
- Excellent communicator who is confident in customer-facing settings — from demos and presentations to discovery calls and feedback sessions.
- Strategic and analytical problem solver who can balance big-picture vision with hands-on execution.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment with multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive key areas of Enjo's product roadmap.
- Lead and mentor product squad, owning delivery and outcomes for key product areas.
- Lead end-to-end product development from discovery and strategy to delivery and iteration.
- Translate customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clear product requirements and priorities.
- Build and present compelling product demos, including demo videos, for customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Represent Enjo in customer demos, webinars, and industry events, articulating the product vision and roadmap.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and marketing to drive product adoption and growth.
- Actively engage with customers and stakeholders to turn feedback into actionable, high-impact features.
- Stay ahead of trends in AI and SaaS, and proactively incorporate relevant innovations into the product strategy.
