- Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for Opptra's AI intelligence platform powering pricing, inventory, catalog, and marketplace decisions across India, SEA, and GCC markets.
- Lead six interconnected AI product charters spanning Pricing Intelligence, Inventory Intelligence, Market Intelligence, Performance Marketing, Data Infrastructure, and Catalog Intelligence.
- Partner directly with the Founder to make high-impact decisions across product strategy, AI architecture, prioritization, and execution.
- Build and scale production-grade AI systems that commercial teams actively rely on for pricing optimization, demand forecasting, inventory planning, marketplace visibility, and advertising performance.
- Define how AI products are evaluated in production by creating robust frameworks around model quality, fallback logic, reliability, and measurable business outcomes.
- Lead and mentor a lean team of AI Product Builders, creating a culture centered around speed, ownership, experimentation, and shipping high-impact products.
- Work closely with FDEs, engineers, and data teams to translate product vision into scalable AI-native workflows and intelligence systems.
- Drive adoption across business teams by ensuring AI products solve real operational and commercial problems - not just generate insights.
- Build the long-term intelligence flywheel where every transaction, pricing signal, inventory movement, and marketplace interaction continuously improves the platform's recommendation quality and competitive advantage.
- Operate in a highly ambiguous, founder-led environment where success is measured by production impact, business adoption, and commercial outcomes not roadmap completion.
- Has built and shipped AI-native products in production environments with clear ownership over model performance, evaluation systems, and business impact.
- Brings strong marketplace or e-commerce ecosystem understanding across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopee, Lazada, or Noon.
- Understands AI architecture tradeoffs including fine-tuning, RAG systems, prompt engineering, evaluation design, and production reliability.
- Has experience operating in high-ambiguity, founder-led startup environments with significant ownership and autonomy.
- Demonstrates strong commercial intuition and can connect AI outputs directly to revenue, pricing, margin, inventory, or operational outcomes.
- Has previously led lean technical or product teams and built systems that enable teams to execute independently at high velocity.
- Ideally brings exposure to marketplace intelligence, retail-tech, AI infrastructure, or data-platform businesses.
