About the Role:

We're looking for someone who sits at the intersection of product thinking, logic design, and AI agent building.

This role is about designing and building intelligent conversational agents, not just writing prompts, and not just backend plumbing.

You'll work closely with engineering to:

• Design agent flows
• Define tool contracts
• Encode business logic
• Build chat experiences that actually work in the real world

If you enjoy thinking through edge cases, constraints, and user intent, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build LLM-powered agents using Google ADK
• Define agent flows, state machines, and decision logic
• Break down product requirements into: intents, tools, state, and responses.
• Collaborate closely with engineers on: tool APIs, state persistence, and system constraints.
• Continuously iterate on agent behavior based on: user confusion, failures, edge cases, and user feedback
• Think deeply about UX in conversational systems
• Balance speed, correctness, and clarity

Requirements:

• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Experience building with: LLMs, and agent frameworks (Google ADK, LangChain, etc.)
• Ability to think in states, flows, and constraints
• Comfortable translating ambiguous product needs into clear logic
• Can explain why a system behaves the way it does

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with conversational UX or chatbots
• Familiarity with tools/functions in LLM systems
• Startup or 01 product experience
• Background in product, engineering, or applied AI
