We are looking for a hands-on engineer who can take ownership of the existing product and help build the next generation of AI-powered interview automation.

What You Will Do
- Maintain and improve the existing Graixl platform
- Work on React / Next.js frontend and Node.js backend
- Build and improve AI workflows using LLM APIs
- Integrate and maintain voice AI services
- Work with real-time interview flows, transcripts, scoring, and reports
- Debug production issues and improve system reliability
- Work directly with the founding team

This is not a pure frontend role.
This is not a machine learning research role.
We need someone who can build and maintain real AI product workflows using modern APIs, voice infrastructure, and production SaaS systems.
Ideal Candidate
- 4–7 years of software development experience
- Strong in Node.js, React, and TypeScript
- Has built AI features or AI products using LLM APIs
- Comfortable taking ownership of an existing codebase
- Can join quickly
- Can work independently without heavy supervision
