About the Role
We're a small, fast-moving team building AI-powered tools including a tutor hiring platform and we need someone who can help us keep these tools running smoothly, handle data responsibly, and chip in on improvements over time. This is a hands-on role where you'll touch real products from day one

What You'll
Product Maintenance
- Monitor AI tools for bugs, errors, or unexpected behavior and flag or fix issues promptly
- Keep internal tools running reliably through routine checks and minor fixes
- Coordinate with teammates to understand what's broken and get it resolved quickly
Data Handling & Integrity
- Manage, clean, and validate datasets used by our AI tools
- Ensure data pipelines are accurate, consistent, and free of duplicates or corruptions
- Maintain structured records and document data flows clearly
Enhancements & Improvements
- Pick up small feature requests or UI/logic tweaks and ship them independently
- Experiment with prompt improvements, workflow optimizations, or tooling upgrades
- Suggest improvements based on what you observe while working with the tools
You Should Have
- Working knowledge of Python, enough to write scripts, clean data, and automate small tasks
- Comfort with SQL, querying, filtering, joining, and basic data validation
- Basic understanding of how AI/LLM tools work (you don't need to have built one, but you should be curious about them)
- An eye for detail, especially with data
Bonus Points If You
- Have Played around with OpenAI, Claude, or similarAPIs
- Used tools like LangChain, n8n, Zapier, or Make for automation
- Worked with databases (PostgreSQL, Supabase, Firebase, etc.)
- Any experience with no-code/low-code platforms
- Built or tinkered with a personal AI project
