AI Product Engineer
We are seeking a self-driven AI Engineer, with 3-5 years of experience, to be a key member of our Data & AI practice. The role focuses on developing AI applications and developing cloud-native solutions.

We help many of our clients in building advanced analytics solutions (from traditional ML to deep learning, Computer Vision, Gen AI & Automation). You will work on some of the cutting-edge AI technologies to build meaningful products & solutions.

What you will do (Responsibilities):
- Perform work both independently and collaboratively as a project member.
- Collaborate with Product Management team, elicit GenAI use case specific requirements, explore and evaluate approaches
- Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI applications for real-world business problems such as risk analysis, information search, audit & compliance checks etc.
- Own the end-to-end AI lifecycle: requirements, solution design, model/tech selection, prompt engineering /optimization, deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement.Own the end-to-end AI lifecycle: requirements, solution design, model/tech selection, prompt engineering /optimization, workflow development, deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Build and orchestrate Agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Autogen, or similar, enabling reasoning, planning, and tool usage.
- Develop scalable GenAI services using Python, REST/GraphQL APIs, background jobs, and event-driven systems.
- Deploy GenAI solutions to production using cloud-native architectures, ensuring: Security, scalability, low latency, and cost optimization Responsible AI practices (guardrails, moderation, data privacy)
- Apply MLOps/LLMOps best practices including CI/CD for GenAI workflows, prompt versioning, experiment tracking, monitoring for hallucinations, token usage etc.
- Explore new tools, technologies, papers, frameworks in Gen AI domain.
- Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the AI/ML team.
- Mentor, guide junior team members
Requirements
What you bring (Skills):
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience building and deploying Gen AI solutions as part of production-grade applications.
- High proficiencyProficiency in Python with experience building production-grade systems.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM ecosystems, including:
- OpenAI / Claude / Gemini,
- LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks
- Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering techniques, RAG architectures, Tokenization etc.
- Experience building agentic AI systems with tool usage, memory, planning, or multi-step reasoning.
- Experience building and deploying AI Services via REST APIs using frameworks like FastAPI.
- Working knowledge of deploying ML workloads on cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP acceptable).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and basic CI/CD concepts as applied to ML workflows.
- Strong skills on using AI Assisted coding tools like Claude code, cursor etc
- Ability to collaborate with data engineers, frontend and backend engineers to integrate AI Services into products.
- Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.
Great if you know (Skills):
- Exposure to LLMOps frameworks
- Experience with Open source LLMs, Knowledge of Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate etc)
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum development methodology and collaborative delivery.
- Exposure to core Data science streams such as ML, NLP or Computer Vision
