AI Product Designer at Kulfi

We need a designer who thinks like a product person, moves like a founder, and treats AI tools the way most designers treat Figma. As a given.
What you'll do
- Own problems end to end. Not screens. Problems. From user interview to prototype to handoff to watching the data after it ships.
- Run user interviews, feedback sessions, and UATs yourself. There's no research team. You are the research team. Congratulations on the promotion.
- Design and prototype using Claude, Cursor, Figma, Gemini. We don't mean open to learning AI. We mean you already feel naked without it.
- Work with founders and engineers on fast experiments. Insight Monday, design Wednesday, in engineering Thursday. Yes, every week.
- Build scalable UX patterns and a design system that holds up at millions of couples.
Who you are
- B2C consumer app experience. Something people use because they want to, not because IT deployed it on their laptop.
- You think in products, not pixels. Opinions about retention curves, not just colour palettes.
- High agency. When something's unclear, you don't wait for a brief. You go find the answer yourself. Ask for forgiveness later.
- Fast. Not sloppy fast. Clear-thinking fast. AI is how you get there.
- You love building playful, emotional UX. The kind people screenshot and send to their partner at 2 AM.
Bonus
Social / dating / gaming / lifestyle app experience. Been through 0 to 1 before. In a relationship or have been in one seriously. Hard to design a love letter if you've never written one.
Fair warning
High ambiguity. Constant experiments. You'll learn more in six months here than two years at most companies. If you want structured briefs and slow approvals, this is not your place.
