Job Summary

We are seeking an AI Product Champion with 14 years of experience to serve as a subject-matter expert and client-facing advocate for our hyper-personalized AI communication platform, InteractiveAI. This role sits at the intersection of product, applied AI, and client success, requiring strong technical literacy, excellent communication skills, and hands-on engagement with AI-driven campaign workflows. The AI Product Champion plays a critical role in product demonstrations, client enablement, campaign execution support, and internal feedback loops with engineering and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Expertise & Demonstrations:

Develop deep, end-to-end expertise in the InteractiveAI platform, including its AI-driven personalization, campaign workflows, and compliance-aware generation features

Lead live product demonstrations for prospective clients, partners, and internal stakeholders

Clearly explain platform capabilities, limitations, and use cases to both technical and non-technical audiences

Serve as a trusted product resource during sales cycles, pilots, and onboarding discussions

  • Client Enablement & Account Support:

Act as a primary product resource for assigned client accounts, supporting ongoing platform usage and adoption

Train client users on effective campaign creation, prompt configuration, and platform best practices

Assist clients with campaign setup, execution logistics, and optimization recommendations

Provide creative and strategic guidance to help clients align campaign goals with platform capabilities

  • Campaign & Prompt Development:

Actively use the platform to design and test AI-driven campaigns across multiple use cases (email, SMS, outreach workflows, etc.)

Write and refine prompt instructions that guide AI-generated content toward specific campaign goals, brand guidelines, and compliance constraints

Support experimentation, A/B testing, and iterative improvements to campaign prompts and configurations

  • Product Feedback & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Serve as a client advocate in internal meetings, translating client feedback, pain points, and feature requests into actionable insights

Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Development teams to support feature launches and enhancements

Stay current on new platform releases, features, and roadmap updates, and help coordinate internal and external feature demonstrations

  • Documentation & Knowledge Development:

Assist in creating and maintaining product-use documentation, guides, and training materials for both internal teams and external clients

Contribute to internal knowledge bases that document best practices, common questions, and campaign patterns

Help standardize repeatable workflows and playbooks for client-facing and internal use

  • Applied AI & ML Support (Foundational Level):

Support AI and machine learning development efforts through testing, validation, and applied use-case feedback

Assist with evaluation of AI-generated outputs for quality, sentiment, compliance, and alignment with campaign objectives

Contribute to applied AI experimentation by helping test new models, prompt strategies, or workflow enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field

14 years of experience in a product-facing, analytics, applied AI, or client-facing technical role

Strong understanding of AI-driven content generation concepts and prompt-based systems

Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to non-technical audiences

Excellent written communication and documentation skills

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client or campaign workflows

Preferred Skills (not Mandatory)

Experience working with AI/ML models, data analysis, or experimentation workflows

Familiarity with Python, SQL, or data analysis tools used in applied AI contexts

Experience supporting SaaS products, client onboarding, or campaign-based platforms

Exposure to compliance-aware or regulated-industry marketing workflows (financial services, healthcare, etc.)
