The Role

We're looking for an AI-first Creative Producer who's equal parts storyteller + tech explorer.

This isn't traditional audio production — you'll be working with:

AI voices, generative tools, prompting, and smart workflows to create high-quality audio content at scale.

If you're constantly testing new AI tools and thinking how can this make content better you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

• Produce end-to-end AI audio (voice gen, mastering, refinement)
• Design voice + character experiences (AI + human mix)
• Use AI tools to improve speed, quality, and scale
• Own creative quality (emotion, pacing, immersion)
• Fix issues fast — from voice glitches to mastering errors
• Use listener feedback to continuously improve content
• Collaborate with content, product, AI, and ops teams

What We're Looking For

Must-have:

• 1–4 yrs in audio, content, or AI/media workflows
• Hands-on with AI tools / voice tech / generative platforms
• Basic audio skills (editing, mixing, storytelling)
• Strong ownership + ability to move fast

Bonus points:

• Tools like ElevenLabs, Descript, Adobe Audition, Pro Tools
• Experience with AI voices, prompting, or dubbing
• Background in podcasts, music, audiobooks, or creator space
