About the Role

We're looking for a tech-savvy and innovation-driven professional to join our team as anAI Process Automation Executive. In this role, you'll identify, design, and deployAI-powered automationsacross multiple business functions including sales, marketing, HR, and operations.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to transform manual processes into intelligent, automated workflows using tools such asCrewAI, LangChain, Flowise, Zapier, Make (Integromat), and n8n. Your goal will be to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability without needing to code from scratch, by leveraging the latest no-code/low-code AI frameworks and agent orchestration platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and analyze business processes that can be optimized or automated using AI agents and workflow tools.

Design, prototype, and deploy automation workflows usingCrewAI, LangChain, Flowise, or similar AI frameworks.

Integrate and orchestrateAPIs and data flowsacross platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), and n8n.

Build and connectAI agentsfor tasks like data extraction, automated email handling, content generation, and reporting.

Develop and refineprompts, agent logic, and workflow structuresto ensure context-driven execution.

Automate communication and data synchronization between tools likeChatGPT, HubSpot, Notion, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.

Document, monitor, and continuously improve automations to enhance scalability, reliability, and performance.

Research emergingAI tools and frameworks, experimenting with new technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Requirements

6 months to 2 years of experience inprocess automation, AI tools, or workflow design.

Hands-on understanding ofCrewAI, LangChain, or AutoGenfor agent-based process building.

Practical experience withZapier, Make, or n8nfor workflow orchestration.

Ability tomap business processesand translate them into structured automation pipelines.

Good knowledge ofAPIs, webhooks, and system integrations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking abilities.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity withLLM APIssuch as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or Ollama.

Exposure toAI-powered assistants and voice toolslike Vapi, ElevenLabs, or Whisper.

Basic scripting knowledge inPython or JavaScriptfor integration testing or customization.

Experience designing workflows or process optimizations insales, HR, or marketingfunctions.
