We are looking for a AI Presales Engineer / Client Solutions Engineerwho excels at consultative technical selling. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping enterprise customers understand and adopt generative AI solutions powered by Google Gemini.

You will lead executive engagements, run technical workshops, and translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value. Your role is fundamentally to drive sales through deep technical enablement, helping customers connect their business challenges to AI solutions.

This role focuses on pre-sales engagement and opportunity development.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers adopting Generative AI and Gemini Enterprise solutions.
  • Lead AI discovery workshops, executive briefings, and architecture discussions with enterprise technical leaders.
  • Explain and demonstrate Generative AI capabilities including LLM-based applications, AI agents, and enterprise AI architectures.
  • Translate complex Generative AI capabilities into clear business outcomes for enterprise customers.
  • Design and articulate enterprise GenAI solution architectures using modern LLM technologies.
  • Guide customers on architectural decisions such as RAG vs fine-tuning, AI agents vs prompt-based workflows, and enterprise data integration for LLM applications.
  • Identify new use cases and feed qualified opportunities to Account Executives and Account Managers.
  • Partner with sales teams to drive technical wins and shape solution strategies.
  • Ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to delivery teams by clearly defining the solution scope and architecture.
  • Stay current with GenAI advancements, enterprise AI adoption patterns, and GCP AI services.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Customer Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or technical pre-sales roles working with enterprise customers.
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders such as CTOs, Heads of AI, or VP Engineering, leading technical discussions and executive workshops.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and enterprise AI architectures, including approaches such as RAG, LLM-powered applications, and AI agents.
  • Ability to connect technical capabilities to real business problems and guide customers toward practical AI solutions.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform and AI ecosystems including Google Gemini, Vertex AI, OpenAI, or similar technologies.
  • Proven ability to identify new opportunities within customer environments and collaborate with sales teams to expand engagements.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business and executive audiences.
