AI Practitioner
Location: Hybrid Gurugram, Haryana
Duration: 9 Months (Contract to hire)
- Serve as a hands-on AI Practitioner on the Enterprise Insights & GPT Platform team, designing and delivering production-grade AI solutions using the Glean platform.
- Own the end-to-end solution lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, deployment, and continuous optimization of AI-driven applications.
- Build and deploy low-code/no-code Glean agents, multi-step workflows, and automation solutions aligned to real business use cases.
- Integrate Glean with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Teams, and internal APIs using REST APIs, webhooks, and custom services.
- Act as a forward-deployed engineer by embedding with business teams, translating ambiguous requirements into MVPs, and scaling them into production solutions.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, manage expectations, deliver demos, and drive user adoption of AI solutions.
- Apply production LLM best practices, including prompt engineering, agent design, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks.
- Monitor telemetry, usage, reliability, and cost, optimizing token consumption and performance through data-driven insights.
- Ensure governance, security, and compliance by following lifecycle standards, documentation, and risk controls.
- Leverage expertise in APIs, integrations, enterprise security models, and AI platforms to deliver scalable, secure, and impactful solutions.
