Position Details:
- Role: AI Leader/Practice Head -AI / Head of AIML
- Location: Noida (Work from Office)
We are seeking a visionary AI Leader to build, scale, and lead the Global AI Practice. The role will drive enterprise AI strategy, GenAI adoption, AI productization, and go-to-market initiatives across industries while positioning the organization as a market leader in AI-led transformation.The leader will work closely with CXOs, clients, product teams, and delivery organizations to define AI vision, create differentiated offerings, and drive revenue growth through AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and drive the overall AI/ML vision, roadmap, and strategy for the organization.
- Lead the development and scaling of the AI/ML Center of Excellence, including GenAI, NLP, Vision AI, and Data Science capabilities.
- Align practice goals with business objectives, identifying high-impact AI opportunities across functions and industries.
Delivery & Execution:
- Oversee architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions and platforms.
- Ensure successful implementation of AI/ML models into production environments, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and performance.
- Own and standardize best practices for MLOps, model governance, and responsible AI.
Team & Practice Building:
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Solution Architects.
- Drive talent strategy: hiring, upskilling, certifications, and career path development.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a senior consultant and thought partner to internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in pre-sales, RFPs, and client workshops to shape AI/ML solution offerings.
- Lead executive presentations, workshops, and innovation discussions with C-level clients.
Innovation & Emerging Tech:
- Foster a culture of innovation by evaluating and integrating Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, diffusion models, and cloud-native AI services.
- Collaborate with research communities and academic partners to stay ahead of emerging trends.
- Own the AI/ML IP and asset development roadmap (accelerators, reusable models, toolkits).
Required Skills & Experience:
- 20+ years of experience, with 10+ years in AI/ML roles and 3+ years in leadership capacity.
- Proven success in building and leading AI/ML practices or COEs at an enterprise or consulting level.
- Strong hands-on understanding of AI/ML algorithms, model lifecycle, and real-world deployment challenges.
- Expertise in GenAI, LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and modern MLOps.
- Cloud AI experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with tools and frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, LangChain, etc.
- Exposure to industry use cases in retail, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, or BFSI is preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related technical discipline.
- Certifications in cloud AI services (AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Azure AI Engineer, GCP ML Engineer) are a plus.
- Published research, open-source contributions, or speaking engagements in AI/ML forums are desirable.
