This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong analytical instincts and a genuine interest in ethics, fairness, or responsible technology. No AI or policy background required.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical alignment standards
- Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and potential harm
- Flag content that may be misleading, harmful, or inappropriate
- Write structured, detailed feedback on policy-related issues and edge cases
- Apply consistent judgment across a wide range of topics and content types
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- A clear, analytical thinker who can evaluate nuanced content objectively
- Interested in ethics, fairness, social responsibility, or policy — even informally
- A strong written communicator who can articulate reasoning with precision
- Detail-oriented and consistent across varied content types
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- No prior AI, legal, or policy experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in philosophy, law, journalism, social sciences, or policy
- Experience with content moderation, compliance, or editorial review
- Familiarity with AI tools or AI ethics discussions
- Ability to evaluate content across multiple domains or perspectives
