Position: AI Training Enablement Consultant

Location: Remote eastern time zone hours

Duration: 6 month contract

Pay range: $12 - $16 USD per hour (40 hours per week)

AI Training and Enablement Consultant:

Insight Global is seeking an experienced AI Training & Enablement Consultant for one of their top Property Management clients. This person will design, develop, and deliver a structured AI training program that builds consistent, highquality AI capability across the organization. This role will focus on moving teams beyond basic AI awareness toward effective, repeatable use of AI as a reasoning, analytical, and communication partner. This person will address gaps in AI usage by creating a comprehensive training framework and delivering hands-on, practical training aligned to real business workflows. They will partner closely with internal training, systems, and leadership teams to ensure alignment with governance, operational needs, and change management goals.

Key Responsibilities:

This person will design and implement a scalable AI training framework that supports consistent adoption across the organization. Partner with internal L&D, IT, and systems teams to align training with enterprise tools, governance, and business priorities. Training will emphasize structured problem framing, iterative collaboration with AI, output evaluation, error correction, and workflow design. This person will drive training enablement and adoption by engaging leaders and high-frequency AI users, identifying skill gaps, and reinforcing effective AI usage. Ensure training remains practical, relevant, and aligned with how AI is used in day-to-day work.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise training programs
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 Copilot and enterprise GenAI platforms
• Strong understanding of AI reasoning, output evaluation, and workflow design
• Experience in training enablement, change management, or digital transformation
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, practical, business-focused learning
• Exposure to enterprise systems, governance models, and operational workflows
