What the role is:

You'll own the infrastructure our AI runs on, end to end. Terraform for everything. K8s to run and scale workloads. CI/CD that makes shipping routine rather than risky.

The first big job: getting our data orchestration pipelines solid — the workflows that pull customer feedback in, push it through our AI, and surface insights on the other side.

As our AI grows, so does the role. Think LLMOps — running LLMs and AI agents in production, managing cost, rate limits, scale, and observability. A real growth path into AI Platform Engineering.

You'll be a great fit if:

→ Terraform is how you think about infrastructure, not an afterthought

→ You've debugged the 2am pod and lived to automate it away

→ You've run Airflow, Dagster, or similar — and have opinions about DAGs, retries, and backfills

→ Observability is part of the build, not a bolt-on

→ I'll just automate it is a reflex

What we're NOT looking for: a pure cloud engineer. We want someone who writes IaC, runs K8s, and is genuinely curious about the data and AI layer on top.

Bonus: experience with data pipelines, data lakes at scale, LLMOps/AI infra, or production Azure. K8s and Terraform are the non-negotiable.
