Position Title : AI Performance Marketing Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and optimise Google & Meta ad campaigns for international e-commerce and service-based clients
Develop and refine paid advertising strategies focused on ROI and profitability
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, ad copy creation, audience targeting, and bid optimisation
Execute and monitor Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns daily
Track and analyse performance; share clear weekly/monthly reports with insights and actions
Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to improve conversions
Set up and manage tracking, conversions, remarketing, and attribution models with the tech/analytics team
Design and maintain AI-driven workflows (Claude Code / Codex / similar) to speed up analysis, suggest optimisations, and reduce manual work in the campaign
AI Agent Requirement (Mandatory)
Practical, day-to-day usage of Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI agents
Experience building and running reusable workflows/agents for:
Campaign setup and structure
Keyword and audience research
Ad copy and creative testing plans
Budget allocation and bid strategy recommendations
Performance diagnostics and next-step suggestions
Ability to document AI workflows so other team members can use and improve them
Comfortable combining AI tools with analytics platforms (GA4, Looker Studio, etc.) to generate client insights
Must-Have Requirements
Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads with proven results
Hands-on experience with international projects
Good understanding of AI tools for ad creation, automation, and optimisation
Proficiency in GA4, GTM, Meta Business Suite, and performance tracking
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
