AI Ops Engineer

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Design and implement LLM-based solutions, including effective prompt engineering for chatbots, assistants, and AI workflows
• Work with AI platforms such as Claude, Gemini, and Copilot, applying them to relevant enterprise use cases
• Develop and integrate API-based AI solutions, enabling seamless connectivity with enterprise systems through gateways
• Build and support AI-driven automation workflows, including RAG-based solutions and conversational interfaces
• Monitor and optimize token usage and limits, ensuring efficient cost management and performance optimization
• Troubleshoot and improve AI responses, prompts, and workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Python development and API development and integrations
• Good understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering concepts
• Familiarity with Claude, Gemini, Copilot or similar AI platforms
• Understanding of APIs, gateways, and integration patterns
• Knowledge of tokens/token limits and optimization techniques
• Strong analytical thinking, listening ability, and communication skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal (soft) skills to collaborate with architects, developers, and business teams
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI-enabled solutions
