Role Overview:

This role is ideal for someone who is deeply curious about artificial intelligence and enjoys working at the intersection of technology, automation, and business operations. You will work closely with the founder and cross-functional teams to explore AI-driven solutions, streamline workflows, and support internal systems and client-facing processes.

The position requires initiative, adaptability, and the ability to translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, scalable applications within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Research & Innovation Scouting

  • Continuously track new AI tools, models, platforms, and automation frameworks.
  • Proactively share AI trends, discoveries, and improvement opportunities with leadership and teams.
  • Evaluate and recommend AI integrations to enhance efficiency and innovation.
  • Act as the team's go-to resource for emerging AI capabilities and use cases.

Process Automation Jiitak & SalesOne

  • Map existing workflows across Jiitak operations and SalesOne processes.
  • Identify repetitive and time-consuming tasks suitable for automation.
  • Design and implement automation workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar platforms.
  • Maintain, monitor, and continuously improve automation pipelines.

SalesOne Client Tech Support & Onboarding

  • Handle server link sharing, access provisioning, and technical handovers for clients.
  • Guide clients through onboarding processes including setup, walkthroughs, and troubleshooting.
  • Act as the first point of contact for technical queries and escalate issues when required.
  • Document onboarding processes and create SOPs for scalability.

Systems Oversight & Tech Operations

  • Monitor internal tools, systems, and integrations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Identify and flag issues, inefficiencies, or improvement areas in the tech stack.
  • Coordinate with vendors, developers, and tool providers as needed.
  • Maintain documentation of systems, workflows, and access credentials.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership teams to align on technical capabilities.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into simple, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Contribute proactively to improving systems, workflows, and team efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • Basic familiarity with SaaS tools, dashboards, and web-based platforms.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation platforms, or Salesone.
  • Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure, hosting, or server environments.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Highly curious and proactive in exploring new AI tools and trends.
  • Comfortable learning and experimenting with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.).
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience in startup or tech-driven environments.
  • Prior exposure to client-facing technical roles or support functions.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI workflows, or LLM-based tools.
