AI Operations Associate

About the role:

We are looking for curious, ambitious, and high-agency individuals who are excited about the future of AI and business operations.

As an AI Operations Associate, you will work on improving how teams and workflows operate by using AI tools, automation, and smarter systems.

This role is ideal for someone who:

● loves figuring things out

● enjoys solving problems

● experiments with tools independently

● and wants real ownership early in their career

You will work closely with different teams across the company to:

● understand how work currently happens

● identify repetitive/manual processes

● and help redesign workflows using AI and automation

This is not a conventional entry-level role.

You will get the opportunity to work on real business problems, experiment with modern AI tools, and build systems that improve how the organization functions.

What You'll Do

Understand Workflows & Processes

● Learn how different teams operate

● Identify inefficiencies and repetitive work

● Document and improve internal systems

Build AI-Powered Workflows

● Use AI tools to simplify operations

● Explore automation opportunities

● Improve team productivity through smarter systems

Tools may include:

● ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini

● Notion AI

● Zapier / Make

● Airtable

● Google Sheets

● CRM platforms

● AI automation tools

Solve Operational Problems

● Help improve reporting, communication, coordination, and execution workflows

● Build trackers, dashboards, SOPs, and internal systems

● Support teams in adopting smarter workflows

Experiment & Learn

● Stay updated with new AI tools and trends

● Continuously test new ideas and workflows

● Bring fresh thinking and initiative
