About the RoleWe're looking for an early-career AI Operations Assistant / Assistant Analyst to support day-to-day work using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar platforms.
This role is ideal for someone with 02 years of experience who enjoys structured work, follows clear instructions, and wants hands-on exposure to how AI is used in real business workflows.
What You'll Do- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to run queries and process information
- Organize, clean, summarize, and structure AI-generated outputs
- Maintain trackers, logs, and documentation
- Follow defined workflows and guidelines with high accuracy
- Assist with notes, summaries, drafts, and structured documents
- Perform repeatable, detail-oriented execution work
Who Should Apply- 01 or 02 years of experience (students or recent graduates welcome)
- Comfortable using AI tools for daily work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Organized, reliable, and execution-focused
