This role will help Lenovo DWS accelerate its AI-first portfolio by:
AI Portfolio Growth: Build differentiated AI-native workplace offerings and intelligent managed services.
Revenue Acceleration: Create scalable offerings that drive global pipeline, attach rates, and recurring services revenue.
Innovation Leadership: Bring emerging AI capabilities into Lenovo's commercial portfolio through Lenovo IP and strategic partnerships.
Sales Enablement: Develop repeatable productized offerings, demos, pricing, and GTM assets for global sellers.
Customer Outcomes: Improve digital employee experience through AI agents, automation, analytics, and intelligent workflows.

Key Responsibilities Deliverables
AI Offering Strategy Product Management
- Define product vision, roadmap, and commercial strategy for AI-enabled workplace software and managed service offerings.
- Identify customer problems, market opportunities, and AI use cases across Digital Workplace Services.
- Prioritize features, capabilities, and releases based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Own end-to-end offering lifecycle including ideation, business case, launch, enhancement, and retirement.
- Develop offerings leveraging GenAI, AI agents, automation, copilots, intelligent workflows, and analytics platforms.
- Work closely with engineering, architecture, and AI teams to translate capabilities into customer-ready products.
- Define functional requirements, user stories, pricing models, packaging, and service scope.
- Drive integration with enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, Microsoft, Google, Lenovo platforms, and strategic ISV partners.
- Lead collaboration across Product, Delivery, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Security, Finance, and Regional teams.
- Coordinate offering readiness including enablement assets, operational processes, commercial approvals, and documentation.
- Ensure delivery teams have scalable implementation blueprints and service definitions.
- Create product positioning, value propositions, pricing, and packaging for global markets.
- Partner with marketing and sales enablement teams to develop launch materials, battlecards, demos, and customer messaging.
- Support strategic customer engagements, analyst briefings, and executive presentations.
- Track AI technology trends, competitor offerings, analyst research, and customer feedback.
- Build differentiated offerings through Lenovo IP, partnerships, and ecosystem integrations.
- Measure offering success through adoption, pipeline, revenue, customer satisfaction, and lifecycle KPIs.
Required Skills, Experience Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in Product Management, AI Products, Enterprise Software, Digital Workplace, SaaS, or Managed Services.
- Experience launching enterprise software or AI-enabled products/services from concept to market.
- Experience working with cross-functional global teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, AI agents, LLMs, copilots, automation platforms, and intelligent workflows.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI ecosystems such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Google Gemini, ServiceNow AI, Salesforce AI, AWS AI, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud services, data platforms, and enterprise architecture concepts.
- Knowledge of ITSM, Digital Employee Experience (DEX), Endpoint/UEM, Workplace Automation, or Service Desk is an advantage.
- Product roadmap creation and prioritization.
- Customer journey mapping and requirements gathering.
- Business case development and pricing strategy.
- Agile product development and release management.
- Portfolio lifecycle management and KPI ownership.
- Excellent stakeholder management across business and technical teams.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence without direct authority in a global matrix organization.
- MBA or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- AI or Product Management certifications are a plus.
- Experience working with global technology partners (Microsoft, ServiceNow, Google, AWS, Salesforce, NVIDIA, etc.) is highly desirable.
