We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in .NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and object-oriented design, who embraces an AI‑first development mindset. What You'll Do
- Design and build scalable, high‑performance backend systems
- Apply modern engineering principles and AI‑assisted development practices
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET and ASP.NET
- Implement robust backend services following clean architecture and design patterns
- Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, including queries and stored procedures
- Apply AI‑first development practices using AI‑assisted coding, testing, and refactoring tools
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross‑functional teams
- Ensure application security, reliability, and maintainability
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and continuous improvement
Expertise You'll Bring
- Strong backend engineering experience with enterprise‑grade systems
- Solid foundation in OOP, design principles, and scalable architecture
- 7–12 years of hands‑on software engineering experience
- Strong expertise in .NET and ASP.NET (C#)
- Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and design patterns
- Extensive experience with SQL Server, including schema design and performance tuning
- Proven experience building scalable backend systems
- Strong problem‑solving skills in complex, distributed environments
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Comfortable using AI‑assisted coding and productivity tools
- Ability to integrate AI‑driven approaches into development workflows
- Mindset focused on automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Experience with OAuth 2.0 and modern authentication/authorization standards
- Exposure to React.js for frontend development
- Experience with Node.js or JavaScript‑based APIs
- Cloud experience with Azure or AWS
- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
