AI Native UI/UX Designer — Tech it!

We're looking for an outcome-driven designer who understands consumer behaviour and builds experiences that improve conversions and customer journeys. You'll combine strong design craft, analytical thinking, and AI tools to turn business goals into measurable results.

What you'll do

• Design intuitive websites, landing pages, and product experiences that guide users from discovery to action.
• Apply conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles to reduce friction, improve funnels, and increase conversions.
• Use consumer insights, funnel data, heatmaps, and user feedback to identify problems and prioritise improvements.
• Build wireframes, polished interfaces, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Claude Design, and other AI-powered tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to ship, run A/B tests, and iterate based on results.
  

What you'll bring

• A portfolio showing strong UI/UX fundamentals and the outcomes of your design decisions.
• An understanding of consumer behaviour, customer journeys, CRO, and mobile-first design.
• Proficiency in Figma and hands-on experience with AI-assisted design and prototyping.
• An analytical mindset: you can form hypotheses, interpret data, and measure whether a design works.
• Ownership and attention to detail—from the first concept to the shipped experience.
