As an AI Native Software Engineer, your day involves creating and delivering software solutions where artificial intelligence is deeply integrated into the development process. You will focus on building production-ready applications that leverage AI capabilities, ensuring that these solutions meet high standards of quality and compliance. Your role includes continuously refining software development practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, collaborating with various teams to align AI-driven innovations with project goals, and supporting the operational aspects of software deployment and maintenance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI components seamlessly into software products.
• Continuously monitor and improve software performance and reliability in production environments.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on AI-native software development practices.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices for AI integration.
• Experience with debugging, testing, and maintaining AI-driven applications.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
