We are looking for an AI Engineer with strong technical expertise in developing intelligent, data-driven and generative AI systems.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions using LLMs, embeddings, vector databases and modern AI frameworks.
Responsibilities
• Design, train, and deploy AI models for tasks such as classification, summarization, retrieval and reasoning
• Work with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Bedrock) to create and optimize conversational and generative pipelines
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures using embeddings and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS or similar)
• Develop and fine-tune models using prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation techniques
• Integrate AI models with backend systems and APIs to enable intelligent, context-aware applications
• Build data pipelines for preprocessing, tokenization and embedding generation
• Collaborate with software, data and product teams to translate business goals into AI-driven solutions
• Conduct performance evaluation, A/B testing and continuous improvement of deployed AI models
• Research and experiment with multi-modal AI systems (text, image, voice) to enhance user experience
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI frameworks, LLM research and GenAI tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning and NLP fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with Python, LangChain and vector databases
• Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex or Bedrock)
• Knowledge of RAG pipelines, embeddings and semantic search architectures
• Experience using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow or Hugging Face Transformers
• Understanding of MCPs (Multi-Agent Collaboration Patterns) and context-aware AI systems
• Strong analytical, debugging and optimization skills for AI workflows
• Ability to work on data preprocessing, cleaning and transformation for model readiness
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a startup-like, multi-disciplinary team environment
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
• Experience fine-tuning and deploying open-source LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon)
• Familiarity with AI orchestration tools like LangGraph, Dust or Semantic Kernel
• Exposure to vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB or Weaviate
• Understanding of agentic workflows and AI tool integration (function calling, tool use, etc.)
• Knowledge of cloud AI platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI)
• Experience with CI/CD for ML, prompt evaluation and experiment tracking
• Understanding of data visualization, evaluation metrics and model interpretability
• Experience with Agile/Scrum workflows and version control (Git)
