About the Role
We are looking for a Mobile Engineer with strong React Native and AI experience to build scalable, high-quality mobile applications for modern digital and AI-driven products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in React Native development along with practical exposure to AI/GenAI/LLM-powered applications or integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android.
- Design scalable mobile architectures and integrate REST APIs, GraphQL, and backend services.
- Build and integrate AI/GenAI capabilities, LLMs, AI APIs, or intelligent features into mobile applications.
- Write clean, testable, production-ready code and troubleshoot mobile performance and stability issues.
- Manage mobile testing, CI/CD pipelines, build processes, and App Store/Play Store deployments.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, AI/ML, and Engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Contribute to technical decisions around mobile architecture, scalability, security, and performance.
Must-Have Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on mobile application development experience.
- Strong hands-on React Native experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience developing and deploying applications for both iOS and/or Android using React Native.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React Native, mobile architecture, and state management.
- Experience with REST APIs / GraphQL and backend integration.
- Hands-on AI/GenAI/LLM experience is mandatory — experience integrating AI APIs, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, intelligent search, AI-powered features, or similar.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Experience with App Store / Google Play Store deployment.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, LangChain, RAG, AI Agents, or other LLM technologies.
- Experience integrating AI/ML models or AI-powered APIs into mobile applications.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Firebase, or other cloud/mobile backend platforms.
- Experience with native iOS/Android technologies such as Swift, SwiftUI/UIKit, Kotlin, or Java.
- Experience working on enterprise, fintech/banking, healthcare, energy, or other regulated products.
- Client/stakeholder-facing experience.
- Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams.
