Role Description The AI/ML Trainer will design and deliver training programs focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for learners within SmartBridge's skilling ecosystem. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida involves developing structured curricula, preparing learning materials, and conducting interactive classroom and lab sessions. The trainer will guide learners through project-based work, mentor them on applying AI/ML concepts to real-world problems, and assess their progress through assignments, evaluations, and feedback. Daily responsibilities include staying current with AI/ML advancements, collaborating with internal teams to align training content with industry needs, and contributing to certifications and career pathways. The role also requires clear communication with learners and stakeholders to ensure effective learning outcomes and continuous improvement of training programs.

Qualifications

• 2- 5 years is Mandatory (Training experience is added advantage )
• Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Communication skills to explain complex AI/ML concepts clearly and support diverse learner groups.
• Candidates should have experience in Sports Coaching and Physical Education, demonstrating the ability to mentor, motivate, and structure practice-oriented sessions.
• Candidates should have subject-matter expertise in a specific sport such as Baseball or similar disciplines, showcasing structured coaching and performance evaluation skills.
• Solid foundation in AI/ML concepts, algorithms, model development, and practical implementation using common tools and frameworks (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience designing and delivering technical training, workshops, or academic courses in AI/ML or related fields.
• Ability to create hands-on projects, case studies, and assessments aligned with industry requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to guide learners through real-world applications.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working on-site in Noida and collaborating with academic institutions, industry partners, and internal teams.
