Hiring: Master Trainer – Full Stack Development & Data Science

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Master Trainer to deliver high-impact training programs in Full Stack Development, Data Science, Business Intelligence, AI/ML, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will drive learner engagement, create industry-relevant content, mentor students on capstone projects, and contribute to improving employability outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training in Java Full Stack Development, Python Data Science, Business Intelligence, AI/ML, and Generative AI.

• Develop and enhance technical content, presentations, labs, assignments, and project-based learning modules.

• Conduct classroom, virtual, and webinar-based training sessions.

• Mentor students on real-world projects, capstone implementations, and career readiness.

• Collaborate with colleges, faculty, and program teams for smooth program execution.

• Monitor learner progress, collect feedback, and continuously improve training effectiveness.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends.

• Document success stories and program outcomes for stakeholder reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field.

• Master's Degree and relevant certifications will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

• 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Trainer, Faculty, Learning Consultant, or Industry Professional.

• Experience in skilling, higher education, employability, CSR, or government-funded training programs will be preferred.

Travel Requirement

Willingness to travel to partner institutions and project locations as required.
