About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Specialist to join our dynamic team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with deep, hands-on expertise in a wide range of Azure services, Microsoft Power Platform, and intelligent automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions leveraging Azure ecosystem.
• Work hands-on with Azure DevOps, App Services, Azure AI Search, and Azure Databricks.
• Develop custom applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate).
• Collaborate on projects involving Copilot, Foundry, and Auto-Gen frameworks to develop intelligent agents.
• Lead and own projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure best practices and maintain documentation for solutions developed.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 7+ years of industry experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
• Strong command over Azure cloud services including:
• Azure AI Search
• Azure Databricks
• Azure DevOps
• Azure App Services
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate).
• Exposure to Copilot, Foundry, and Auto-Gen Frameworks is a must.
• Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to lead and deliver projects independently.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ownership mindset.

Work Model:

Hybrid (3 days from Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore)
