We are looking for an experienced AI ML Solution Architect with 8+ years of experience, Chennai .

Must-Have Skills

• Artificial Intelligence – Strong understanding of AI concepts, architectures, and enterprise AI solutions
• Python – Strong hands-on programming experience
• LLM (Large Language Models) – Experience working with LLM-based applications and solutions
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) – Hands-on experience designing and implementing RAG pipelines
• Agentic AI – Experience building AI agents, agent workflows, tool/function calling, and multi-step orchestration
• Machine Learning – Strong understanding of ML algorithms, model development, evaluation, and deployment

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI/ML solution architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Architect and develop LLM-powered applications and enterprise AI solutions.
• Design and implement RAG-based solutions, including document ingestion, retrieval, embeddings, vector search, and response generation.
• Design Agentic AI workflows using AI agents, tools, memory, orchestration, and multi-step reasoning patterns.
• Develop AI/ML components using Python.
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML models, frameworks, and technologies based on business requirements.
• Define scalable, secure, and production-ready AI architectures.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, product, and business teams to drive AI initiatives.
• Establish best practices around model evaluation, prompt engineering, RAG quality, scalability, and responsible AI.
• Guide development teams in implementing AI/ML solutions and troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Stay updated with emerging LLM, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning technologies.
