Primary Job Title: Generative AI & MLOps Architect
Role & Responsibilities
- Architect and lead design of end-to-end GenAI and RAG platforms: data ingestion, embedding pipelines, vector stores, fine-tuning, and inference serving.
- Build and operate scalable MLOps pipelines for LLM lifecycle: versioning, CI/CD for models, automated retraining, and rollout strategies (canary, blue/green).
- Implement production-grade inference solutions: containerized model serving, autoscaling on Kubernetes, cost-performance optimization for latency-sensitive workloads.
- Integrate vector databases and retrieval layers (FAISS/Pinecone/Weaviate), embedding stores, and prompt orchestration frameworks (LangChain/Hugging Face) into secure APIs.
- Define observability, monitoring, and governance for models: logging, metrics, drift detection, model explainability, access controls, and audit trails.
- Collaborate with data science, product, and cloud teams; provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, and mentor engineers on best practices for production ML.
