Our customer is a cloud-focused consulting company that helps global brands solve business challenges using AI, data, and cloud-native technology. As an AI/ML Leader, you will design and deliver scalable AI, ML, and GenAI solutions on GCP by turning business problems into reliable, production-ready systems that create real business value.
What you would do:
- Shape large-scale AI programs from first principles, defining the problem, designing the system, and ensuring solutions become core parts of client platforms rather than experimental add-ons.
- Engage directly with senior business leaders to understand strategic priorities and convert them into scalable AI, ML, and GenAI system designs with clear commercial outcomes.
- Architect and oversee advanced GenAI and autonomous AI systems, ensuring they are mathematically sound, operationally robust, and engineered for real-world complexity.
- Lead high-value AI engagements from a technical standpoint, supporting deal shaping, technical storytelling, and execution for enterprise-scale initiatives.
- Develop technical leadership at scale, mentoring senior practitioners, setting architectural direction, and establishing strong engineering and consulting standards across the practice.
What you need:
- Extensive experience delivering AI and machine learning solutions, including leading complex programs in consulting or fast-scaling technology organizations.
- Deep quantitative expertise in mathematics and statistics, with the ability to apply theory to model design, system behavior, and decision-making at scale.
- Advanced hands-on capability in Python-centric AI development, covering ML, deep learning, GenAI tooling, and production-quality software engineering.
- Strong, hands-on cloud-native AI experience in Google Cloud–based architectures (Vertex AI, data platforms, and ML operations).
- A proven track record in Generative and Agent-driven AI systems, combined with the ability to clearly articulate technical decisions to executives, clients, and engineering teams
