AI Lead to design and deliver production-grade AI systems for enterprise applications in Insurance, Healthcare, and Financial Services.

You will build scalable, reliable, and compliant AI solutions that operate under real-world constraints (latency, cost, accuracy & regulatory requirements).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end AI architectures (LLM, ML & hybrid)
  • Build production-grade RAG pipelines for domain-specific use cases
  • Define AI integration patterns in microservices environments
  • Implement secure data pipelines and evaluation frameworks
  • Drive AI governance, explainability, and compliance
  • Mentor teams and create reusable AI frameworks

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • 8–15 years in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or AI Systems
  • Hands-on experience building production RAG systems (document ingestion, embeddings, retrieval pipelines)
  • Strong expertise in prompt orchestration, context management, and hallucination mitigation
  • Proven track record of deploying at least 2+ production AI systems in enterprise settings
  • Ability to choose and integrate LLMs, traditional ML, or hybrid approaches effectively

Must have built real production AI systems — not just prototypes, research, or prompt engineering.
