Position: Software / AI / IT / data (Meridian)
Type:Contract
Compensation:$100–$200/hour
Location:Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Design LLM prompts and evaluate model outputs to enhance AI model performance.
- Lead IT transformation projects, leveraging experience in software, AI, and data.
- Develop and implement rubric-style tasks to improve training data quality.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to refine model reasoning and outputs.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Experience in software, data, and ML leadership roles.
- Proven ability to design and evaluate LLM prompts.
