About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Lead Engineer to design, build, and scale advanced machine learningand AI solutions. This role involves leadingend-to-end ML initiatives, mentoring teams, and driving innovation using modern AI technologies including Generative AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of MachineLearning and AI solutions atscale
- Build and deploy ML modelsfor prediction, classification, NLP, and recommendation systems
- Drive Generative AI use cases using LLMs (OpenAI, open-source models, etc.)
- Architect and implement ML pipelines(training, validation, deployment, monitoring)
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product teams, and Business stakeholders
- Ensure model performance, scalability, and reliability in production
- Mentor and guide ML engineers and data scientists
- Establish best practicesfor MLOps, model governance, and versioning
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Machine Learning& Deep Learning
- Hands-on expertise in Python, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision,or Recommendation Systems
- Working knowledge of Generative AI / LLMs (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings, RAG)
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, etc.)
- Agentic AI knowledge include orchestration, evaluationand optimization ofagentic systems.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proven experience in leading teams and delivering production-grade AI solutions
Good to Have
- Experience with LangChain/ LlamaIndex / Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)
- Exposure to Data Engineering tools and pipelines
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, model explainability, and bias mitigation
- Experience in building chatbots / AI assistants
- Relevant certifications in AI/MLor cloud platforms
