About the Role
We are looking for a GenAI Engineer with a strong foundation in Data Science and 4-5 years of industry experience. The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing and deploying Generative AI and Agentic AI systems, managing end-to-end development, and effectively communicating with clients.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop Generative and Agent-based AI solutions using LLMs, agent frameworks, and RAG pipelines.
- Engage in prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and optimization for performance improvement.
- Create agentic systems capable of autonomous task execution.
- Integrate AI models with production environments using APIs, cloud services, and vector databases.
- Lead client engagements, gather requirements, present solutions, and manage feedback loops effectively.
- Stay updated on GenAI trends, tools, and techniques to apply them innovatively in real-world scenarios.
Required Skills
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI applications.
- Strong background in Data Science with a bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Expertise in GenAI tools like LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAI APIs, and other LLM ecosystems.
- Proficiency in Python, prompt engineering, and API integration.
- Experience in deploying and scaling AI models on cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Ability to manage technical delivery while engaging with business stakeholders and clients.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with other AI frameworks and tools.
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
- Familiarity with big data technologies and databases.
