WE'RE HIRING | AI/ML FULL STACK ENGINEER — FRESHERS - 2 Years of Experience

Build AI Products. Not Just Projects.

AAVIL INC is looking for exceptional fresh graduates who want to start their careers at the intersection of Generative AI, LLMs and Full Stack Engineering.

If you're a graduate from IIT / NIT / IIIT / BITS or another premier engineering institute, and you love building, experimenting and solving difficult problems — we want to hear from you.

What You'll Work On

You won't be limited to training models or writing isolated code. You'll get exposure to the full AI product lifecycle:

1.Generative AI & LLM applications

2.RAG, embeddings and vector databases

3.AI agents and intelligent workflows

4.Python, ML and Deep Learning

5.FastAPI / backend engineering

6.React / Node.js and full-stack development

7.Cloud deployment and scalable AI systems

8.Taking ideas from prototype → production

Who We're Looking For

Fresh graduates from IITs, NITs, IIITs, BITS Pilani and other premier engineering colleges

1.Strong academic and programming fundamentals

2.Excellent Python / C++ / Java skills

3.Understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms

4.Strong fundamentals in Machine Learning / Deep Learning

5.Interest in GenAI, LLMs, RAG or AI Agents

6.Good understanding of software development

7.Strong problem-solving and learning ability

8.Personal projects, GitHub contributions, hackathons or competitive programming experience are a plus
