Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate AI/ML Engineer with 0 to 1 year of experience to join our technology team. You will be responsible for developing, training, and deploying machine learning models and AI-powered applications. A significant part of this role involves working with data pipelines, implementing machine learning algorithms, and supporting scalable AI solutions for real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Development: Design, develop, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models using Python and modern AI frameworks.
• Data Processing: Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets for training and evaluation purposes.
• AI Application Development: Build and integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems and applications using APIs and backend services.
• Model Evaluation: Monitor model performance, conduct testing, and improve model accuracy through experimentation and tuning.
• Deployment & Integration: Assist in deploying machine learning models using Docker, cloud platforms, or REST APIs.
• Research & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI technologies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, data analysts, and business teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven technical solutions.
• Documentation & Testing: Maintain proper documentation of datasets, experiments, and model workflows while ensuring code quality and reliability.

Technical Requirements

• Programming Languages: Strong understanding of Python programming and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Machine Learning: Basic knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms, model evaluation techniques, and data preprocessing.
• Frameworks & Libraries: Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
• Data Handling: Understanding of data analysis, feature engineering, and visualization techniques.
• Databases: Basic knowledge of SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• APIs & Deployment: Familiarity with REST APIs, Docker, and model deployment concepts is a plus.
• Version Control: Working knowledge of Git and GitHub/GitLab workflows.
• Cloud/DevOps: Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI/ML services is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or academic project experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• Basic understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for debugging and optimizing AI models.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
